What's included in the placement fee?
The placement fee covers job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and full onboarding support. Executive and Enterprise packages also include headhunting, confidential search, and an extended placement guarantee.
When do I pay for a placement?
We require a 50% deposit to start the search, with the remaining 50% due upon successful placement. Enterprise clients may be eligible for alternative payment terms.
What happens if the candidate doesn't work out?
Standard packages include a 30-day guarantee. Executive and Enterprise packages include a 90-day guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period, we'll replace them at no additional cost.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is transparent and includes all standard services. The only additional costs would be for optional extras like travel expenses for candidate interviews or international headhunting.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Standard placements typically take 2-4 weeks. Executive searches can take 4-6 weeks due to the complexity of senior roles. Our 72-hour guarantee ensures you get a shortlist within 3 days for urgent positions.
